Frequently Asked Questions
What do I get from your service?
A board-certified dermatologist reviews your case and provides you with a diagnosis and treatment plan. Once completed, you will be notified by email or text message that your plan is available. Prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy of your choice or delivered to your indicated address through one of our online pharmacy providers. Each user is allowed one additional follow-up question.
